Leadership Team

Mr. Madugula is the President of Power Engineers Collaborative LLC and has over 39 years of experience designing power plants across the U.S. and around the world. In this current capacity, he directs power projects with various customers. He has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, has been elected as an ASME Fellow, and has several professional engineering licenses across U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Chmielewski is a Vice President with 20 years of experience in the evaluation, design and construction of utility systems for power generating facilities, combined heat and power plants, boilers, chillers, and various industrial systems. He is skilled in project management, detailed design and construction. His project experience includes combustion turbine facilities, coal fired boiler plants, biomass boiler plants, packaged natural gas boilers, steam turbines, chillers, co-generations facilities, and industrial plants.

Mr. Aron is a Senior Project Manager with 35+ years of experience in multiple fields including power generation, alternative fuels, coal gasification and environmental infrastructure. His primary specialty is in power generation including combustion turbine technology, coal and gas fired boilers, power plant performance and combined heat and power and co-generation plants. His experience includes power plant development, plant design and operations.
